I grew up in the Tri-Cities and graduated from Kennewick High School (1974), Brigham Young University (1981), the University of Washington School of Dentistry (1985), and USAF General Practice Residency (1986). I have been practicing in West Richland since 1990 and am a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society.
My wife Karen and I live in West Richland and have 3 grown children and a growing number of grandchildren. In addition to treating the needs of my patients, I enjoy reading, painting, sports, and spending time with my family.×
I was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. My undergraduate studies were completed at Brigham Young University-Idaho and Idaho State University. I graduated from the university of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2006 and have been practicing dentistry in Colorado for over 9 years.
My wife, Lisa and I have 5 children. Some of my favorite activities are spending time with my family, basketball, racquetball, golf, and camping.
We are so excited to live in the Tri-cites area and be a part of West Richland Family Dental.

I grew up in the Tri-Cities and graduated from Richland High School in 2000. I attended Brigham Young University completing a Bachelor of Science in biology before being accepted to the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry. I joined West Richland Family Dental in 2010, after graduating from dental school with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
I am happy to be back in the Tri-Cities with my wife Jessica and our 4 children. We enjoy being involved in the local community in many ways. I love spending time with my family, reading, skiing, scuba diving, traveling and anything outdoors.
I am excited to be a part of West Richland Family Dental. I love dentistry and want to ensure each patient feels comfortable and has a great dental experience in my care.×
I am a native of the Richland Area. My early education included undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated in 2001 with honors. After dental school I received additional training as a dental resident at the University of Utah Hospital. I have practiced dentistry at West Richland Family Dental Center since 2002.
My wife Karen and I have 4 children. I mostly enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, scuba diving and anything outdoors.
I strive to make each patient feel important, welcomed and at ease with their dental treatment. My greatest compliment is hearing how painless and easy treatment can be.×

I was raised in the Tri-Cities, and graduated from Richland High school in 1990. I love this area, and its people. The Tri-Cities has a rich variety of people and my long ties to this area reflect my love for it.
I completed my B.S. degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from Eastern Washington University, and completed dental school at UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln, Nebraska. After dental school I returned home to the Tri-Cities where I enjoy treating many of the people I have known here over the years and, as always, I enjoy meeting and treating new people as well.
In my free time, I can be found outdoors. Kayaking, cycling, climbing, running, tennis, wakeboarding, and skiing are some of the ways I spends most of my free time. Getting my wife and 4 children to join me in these adventures makes them even better.×
My name is Geta Iovin. I have been working at WRFDC since 1988 as a dental hygienist. I graduated from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, and moved to the Tri-Cities thanks to Dr. Wayne Penttila. He offered me the job while I was still in school and helped me with a scholarship in my senior year.
I was born and raised in Romania. I moved to the USA in 1980. I am grateful to live in this wonderful country that gave me political asylum and a place to call home. I have raised two great kids. My daughter Valeria is also a hygienist and enjoys her profession as much as I do. My son Ramon got his PhD in Neuroscience and lives in Boston. My husband works at Battelle. In our free time we like to play golf, snow ski and go to the gym.
I feel privileged to work with the great team of dentists and hygienists at West Richland Family Dental.×
I graduated from the University of Washington in 1981 and have been at WRFDC since 1994. I feel so blessed with my job because being a dental hygienist is truly my passion. I enjoy seeing all my existing patients and look forward to meeting new ones. I also love my fellow co-workers and the location of WRFDC. Our dental staff excels at keeping up with new dental care information and technology. We all care so much for our patients and all our dentists and hygienists deliver compassionate, excellent dental care.
I am married to Rob and have three children: Kasey, Molly, and Jake. We enjoy playing tennis, working out, boating, camping, reading and being with family and friends.×
You could say I accidentally fell into the dental field. My first position was a temporary on-the-job training while I was waiting to begin my master’s degree. Within six weeks I was hooked! My name is Leanna Collins and I have been working at West Richland Family Dental Center since 1994 and have been a dental hygienist since 1999. I have always loved the environment at West Richland Family Dental and feel very fortunate for the relationships I have with my patients and my co-workers. Originally from Missouri, I have lived in the Tri-Cities since 1994. I am married to a great guy and we have 3 amazing boys. We love camping, boating, hunting and fishing — anything outside.
In June of 1999 I graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at Yakima Valley Community College. I have been at West Richland Family Dental Center (WRFDC) since December 2002. I am truly blessed to have a career that I love! The interaction with my patients is probably my favorite part of my job. I enjoy working with my patients to improve their overall oral health. I understand that the majority of people have a fear of dentistry, and my goal is to turn that fear into trust. Dentistry can be painless!
I am blessed to have three beautiful daughters who I am very proud of. I also have two wonderful son-in-laws and a growing number of grandchildren who I adore! When I am not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends.×
My name is Jamie Brackenbury and I have been a dental hygienist since 2002 and a proud member of the West Richland Family Dental Team since 2008. My family moved to the Tri-Cities in September 2007 and I love it here. I’m grateful to have found WRFDC as my home away from home. I love helping patients get over their fears of dentistry and giving kids a positive experience from their first visit. I enjoy every day at work and have learned so much from the team we have at WRFDC. They are smart, fun, professional people who care very much about their patients. I am honored to be a part of that. I have an amazing husband and 2 wonderful kids. We are a busy, active family. I look forward to getting to know you!
I graduated from Columbia Basin College in July 2012 and was fortunate enough to get a job at West Richland Family Dental Center in September of 2012. We have a great staff here at WRFDC! We all work very hard to make sure our patients have a comfortable, enjoyable experience in our office. I love working with patients in all stages of life in order to educate them to maintain a healthy mouth. I was raised in a dental family – my parents own a dental lab locally – and becoming a dental hygienist seemed natural to me. I have enjoyed my career immensely so far and look forward to many more rewarding years.
I married my husband Blair in May 2014 and, at this point, our only kids are two labs, Duke and Demo. When we aren’t working we enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, working out – basically anything active and outdoors!×
"My family has been going to West Richland Family Dental Center for over 26 years. Never any complaints, they take emergency calls and they are very good with kids (& our Elders)."
